Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or caught in cycles of overthinking?
Hypnotherapy in Bristol for anxiety, stress, and life transitions - helping you regain calm, clarity, and emotional balance.
Do you feel stuck in a cycle of stress, self-doubt, or burnout? Maybe you're juggling high expectations, navigating change, or struggling to switch off - and it’s taking a toll. You’re ready to make a change, but you’re not sure where to start.
I’m Sarah Mortimer, a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Bristol, specialising in anxiety, stress, and life transitions. My approach combines evidence-based hypnotherapy with compassion-focused techniques, helping you develop the tools to:
✔ Regain emotional balance - so stress no longer dictates your decisions.
✔ Break free from overthinking and self-doubt - allowing you to move forward with clarity.
✔ Develop a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself - by cultivating a compassionate mindset.
✔ Cultivate acceptance - helping you respond to difficult emotions with understanding rather than resistance.
✔ Strengthen your resilience - so you can handle setbacks without feeling overwhelmed.
You don’t need to eliminate difficult thoughts or emotions in order to move forward. Instead, we’ll focus on practical ways of responding to stress, self-doubt, and overwhelm so they have less impact on your day-to-day life.
Alongside hypnotherapy, I teach self-hypnosis and practical techniques you can use between sessions and long after our work together has ended. My aim isn’t just to help you feel better in the moment, but to give you the tools and confidence to navigate future challenges independently.
Sessions are available in person at The Harbourside Practice in Bristol (Redcliffe) and online via Google Meet.
