While many clients have been delighted with the results of their sessions, understandably, not everyone feels comfortable sharing their experience publicly. In the past, some clients were reluctant to leave Google reviews because their names and profiles could easily be linked to the reviews through search results. Although Google has made changes to improve privacy and how profiles are displayed, many people still prefer to keep their therapy journey private. That's completely understandable, and confidentiality will always remain a priority.
